Because our products are perishable, they are not eligible for return or exchange under consumer law.
If your order arrives damaged, delayed beyond safe consumption, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt at info@albaseafood.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the packaging and product
- A short description of the issue
We’ll assess the situation and may offer a replacement or refund. Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
We cannot refund or replace items if:
- Delivery failed due to incorrect address details
- You were not available to receive the parcel
- The product was not refrigerated or frozen promptly on arrival
We pack every order in temperature-controlled, chilled packaging to maintain product quality for 48 hours from dispatch.
