Our GREAT TASTE 2017 AWARD WINNING HOT SMOKED SALMON. Our hot smoked salmon is placed in the kiln and using a combination of oak smoke and heat, the salmon is slowly cooked whilst smoking. This process is used ensure we deliver the most incredible soft flaky texture and amazing taste. It is ready to eat and perfect in a sandwich, a salad, flaked through pasta or simply served with potatoes and vegetables as a main meal
