The best there is! This is our benchmark cheese. A wonderfully mature Cheddar cheese.
It is rich and creamy, smooth but very slightly crumbly with that amazing chedddary punch (or sharpness if you will) at the very end.

Yes! We currently only deliver within the UK. Our standard delivery charge is: £10.35 up to 10kg / £15.95 up to 20kg.
We send our produce to you in insulated bags & boxes with reusable ice packs to ensure that the produce remains chilled for up to 48 hours.
All orders received by end of Tuesday will be dispatched on a Thursday for Tracked Next Day Delivery (Friday Delivery), however in exceptional circumstances i.e. adverse or issues out with our control may mean your parcel will be delayed until the following day. Any orders placed after Tuesday will be dispatched the following week.

We smoke all our produce in our own premises.
We buy as much as we can from local boats, also from Shetland and Mallaig. It’s all Scottish! We do our own filleting.
